SUNRISE HIKES:
In the summer months, we will also hike with you at night from mountain pastures (e.g. Wieseralm) to the summit of the Mirnock until dawn to meditate there before sunrise and worship the power of the rising sun (Taita Inti) and the Creator God (Wiracocha) and Mother Earth (Pacha Mama) with sun prayers, rattles and drums, just like the Incas.
MEDICAL HIKES:
On hikes lasting two or more days, for example, we can hike from the "Schwarzseehütte" from Verditz over the Palnock to the Rindernock and the main summit of the Mirnock and then down to the Gschriet and Millstättersee. Places of power and healing springs of the Mirnock and connect with the energies and mountain chakras of the Mirnock while walking barefoot and meditating.
