The guardians of ancient knowledge

Our guardians of ancient knowledge walk with us and teach us the RED PATH:

  • Using archaic methods such as drumming, singing, rattling, humming, incense burning and meditation, we can bring our body, mind and soul back into harmony with all the beings of Mother Earth;
  • To breathe correctly and consciously, to move in our own rhythms and to see with our hearts so that we can once again perceive the beauty of Mother Earth, creation and all her children;
  • To create space for new dreams and visions, to give our lives a new meaning;
  • Living healthier and more environmentally conscious and thinking about the generations that will live on this earth after us;
  • To find inner contentment in order to give and receive more harmony and love in our relationships with children, parents, partners, friends and colleagues;
  • Another calming way to spend your leisure time in nature and to the rhythm of nature; 
  • We can relax for free in the great outdoors, whether on the mountain or in the valley by the lake, summer or winter, day or night, sunshine or rain, snow or fog, and recharge our batteries for everyday life.
  • There is the right "medicine" for each of us on this path.
  • Our teachers show us the path, but we have to take it step by step ourselves.
