Patrick Steiner\u00a0<\/h1>

My name is Patrick, I am 36 years old, live and work in Carinthia.
I came to my first sweat lodge on the Mirnock for my birthday, and since then I have felt very connected to the ritual and the Mirnock.
Professionally, I am a social pedagogue and writer.<\/p>

I started my own business as a life and social counsellor in 2022 and offer counselling for men.
