Markus Bergmann<\/h1>

I had my first encounter with a sweat lodge in 2000, near London. It was led by Inti Cesar Malasquez - and it touched me deeply. Since then, sweat lodges have regularly accompanied me on my journey and have become an essential part of my life.<\/p>

At the same time, I discovered my love for various forms of healing and conscious bodywork. Karate, yoga, qigong and bioenergetics are now part of my regular practice. They give me strength, balance and inner peace.<\/p>

I completed my training as a qualified Shiatsu practitioner in September 2020 and have been working in my own practice in Hart bei F\u00fcrnitz ever since. For me, Shiatsu is much more than a method - it is an invitation to feel yourself, let go and experience healing on all levels.<\/p>

In addition to my practice, I work at b\u00e4rnd book&leaf <\/strong>in Arnoldstein - a shop selling books, gifts and regional products.<\/p>

Music has also accompanied me for many years: I enjoy singing in the choir Sea Major<\/strong> in Tsch\u00f6ran. And if it needs to be more powerful, I play drums in the band Surfer Moser<\/strong>. We make rock and indie rock - exclusively with our own songs.<\/p>
